Taking part in the NPQ programmes has been a truly transformative experience for me. Thanks to the NPQs, I now confidently lead Quality First Teaching and Behaviour at my primary school.
The NPQ has not only deepened my understanding of effective teaching and leadership practices, but it has also given me the confidence to implement them in meaningful ways. It has had a significant impact on my own classroom practice, making my teaching more purposeful, responsive, and inclusive.
The programmes have given me the confidence and knowledge required to lead engaging and impactful staff meetings, where I’ve been able to share evidence-based practices and support improvements across the school. The NPQs have equipped me with the skills to implement strategies, which have been effective in driving positive change.
I would highly recommend this programme to any educator looking to develop their leadership skills and make a wider impact in their school. It’s been an incredibly empowering and practical journey.
