I have found the NPQLPM programme invaluable in helping me to deepen my own thinking about effective leadership and mathematics practice. The opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from a range of settings has been especially powerful, giving me fresh perspectives and strategies that I have been able to bring back to my own school. The online nature of the course made it straightforward to fit around my work commitments, but I particularly valued the opportunity to work in trios to discuss the learning in more depth. The regular clinics were also hugely beneficial, providing a supportive space to consolidate my understanding, share challenges, and apply ideas directly to my practice. The evidence-based approach has not only strengthened my subject leadership but has also enabled me to support and influence practice in other schools I work with. Overall, the NPQLPM has been a highly rewarding experience that has had a real impact on both my professional growth and the wider school community, and I would highly recommend the course to others.
